Coaching Gift Certificates - Terms & Conditions
- A Paradox of Reality Gift Certificate is valid for one calendar year from date of purchase.
- The gift certificate can only be redeemed at Paradox of Reality Ltd, UK in exchange for Personal Peak Performance Therapy & Co-active Life Coaching sessions delivered in-person or by telephone between the weekday hours of 09:00-18:00 (where home-visits and weekend/evening appointment options have not been purchased).
- Where Evening/Weekend/Home-Visits are not included in the gift certificate, these are available as an optional extra that can be purchased in advance by the Purchaser of the gift certificate or on a session-by-session basis by the client.
- Gift certificates cannot be used to purchase gift certificates.
- Where gift certificates have been purchased for children (under 18) or for couples or groups, these sessions cannot be taken by telephone and must be held in-person.
- The gift certificate is not redeemable for cash and is not transferable or assignable under any circumstances.
- The 30 Day Money Back offer guarantees a refund in the event that the Recipient does not want the Gift Certificate. The Recipient may make this decision following the free 30 minute pre-coaching session that the Recipient must arrange and take within 30 days of the purchase date of the gift certificate. The decision must be made and communicated to Paradox of Reality Ltd within 30 days of the purchase date of the Gift Certificate.
- Claims for refunds after 30 days of the date of purchase will not be met.
- Claims for refunds after any part of a Coaching Session (except pre-coaching) has been taken, will not be met.
- Valid claims for refunds will be honoured and the refund will be made to the original Purchaser of the gift certificate via the same method used to pay for the Gift Certificate. Paradox of Reality Ltd does not deduct commission or handling charges. Paradox of Reality Ltd is not liable for losses incurred should commission be charged on refunds by Paypal or the Purchaser's bank.
- All unused portions of unexpired gift certificates will be fully refunded in the event that Paradox of Reality Ltd moves its premises away from Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire and the client is unable to travel to the new premises and does not wish to receive telephone coaching. Used or expired portions of the gift certificate cannot be refunded under any circumstances. Refunds can only be made to the original Purchaser of the gift certificate and not to the recipient of the gift certificate or to any other party.
- The gift certificate is not refundable, in part or in full, under any circumstances, except those specific conditions listed above.
- Sessions booked through gift certificates are subject to the normal trading terms of Paradox of Reality Ltd. All session appointments are subject to availability and standard cancellation policy terms apply.
- Should the Recipient desire more sessions than are covered by the gift certificate, these additional sessions must be paid for in advance in accordance with the standard trading terms of Paradox of Reality Ltd and at the prevailing session rate.
- The Recipient assumes the responsibility to ensure his/her sessions are booked and taken before the gift certificate expires. Appointments are subject to availability.
